They say all dogs go to heaven, but I sure wish this one would have stuck around a whole lot longer. 🤍

We lost our sweet girl, Piper, on Wednesday, and we are devastated. A rupture caused by an unknown mass on her liver took her from us far too suddenly and far too soon.

Our smart, quirky, smiley, fiercely loving girl. Our baby. Our big sister. Our special girl. Our muse. Our Piper. 💔

She was one of a kind. The kind of dog who filled every corner of our lives with her personality, her silly quirks, her beautiful smile, and so much love. She made our family feel more complete simply by being in it.

As heartbreaking as those final moments were, we were so incredibly lucky to all be there with her. We got to hold her, tell her how much we loved her, and thank her for the beautiful life we were lucky enough to share with her.

Piper, you were so loved. More than we could ever put into words. We weren’t ready for goodbye, and we never could have been.

Thank you for every cuddle, every smile, every silly moment, and every bit of your enormous personality. You will forever be our sweet girl.

We love you, Piper. We miss you more than you could ever know. Until we meet again. 🌈🐾🤍

Happy 2nd Gotcha Day, Magnus! 🐾 We love seeing our pups grow with their favorites—this good boy has been loving his Piper’s Pillows blanket for years, so it was time for a refresh (plus a backup for laundry day 😉). Swipe to see how much he loved his old blankie 😂
Nothing makes us happier than creating comfort they come back to again and again 💙
