Unfortunately, this is a sad one. We lost sweet little Cleo. This is a loss we were definitely not expecting (not that knowing the end is coming helps). Icey has been grooming Cleo for many years, her pawrents loyally following us as we built our little salon. We will certainly miss this sweet little girl. Sending love and hugs to everyone who loved her. Laura Anne .

Our HOW reflects our WHY.

We have always believed that the little things tell the biggest story.

It’s in the way we comfort a nervous pup, take our time when someone needs a little extra patience, support one another on a busy day, and care for every dog as if they were our own.

At TLC Groomery, this has always been about so much more than grooming. It’s about the relationships we build, the trust you place in us, and the privilege of being part of your pup’s life. Every dog who walks through our doors is important to us, and we never want to lose sight of what an honour it is to care for them. Not just the cute ones or the sweet snuggly ones, the challenging ones too.

We know that who we are is reflected in the everyday moments—in the choices we make, the care we give, the way we show up, and the way we react when things don’t go as planned.

Because our WHY isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we hope you and your pups feel every time you visit us.

If you’re part of our TLC family, thank you for trusting us with someone so special to you. And if you’re new here, we’d love to meet you and your pup whenever you’re ready. Reach out when it’s time for your next groom—we’ll be happy to welcome you both. 🐾💕.

Featuring Finnegan, one of our very special boys who deserves all the love, patience, and attention in the world—just as he is, no matter what. Because every dog has their own needs, their own personality, and their own story. And every single one deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for.

Sweater weather is definitely here! But a little bit of cool weather doesn’t stop Kika from coming to see us for her regular pawdicure! Book online or give us a call - we can usually get you in same day or next day for stand alone services line nail trimming.

A rare and wonderful picture of our good friend Brodie! Not every dog needs a haircut. But every dog needs some level of grooming to keep them clean and healthy! Short coated dogs are notorious shedders. Our squishy faced friends need help keeping their wrinkles and fold yeast and bacteria free. And of course every pet needs a good pawdicure to keep their toes beautiful and their joints arthritis and pain free.

Elmo hopes that everyone enjoys this sunny fall day. We aren’t sure how he feels about tickles though.

Elsie has zero visibility! But she also has the ability to fall asleep anywhere 💤

One of the most important skills a dog groomer can possess is the ability to problem solve. Got a fluffy dog that needs its belly brushed … but its legs are crazy short?!? No problem, snuggle it on your lap and get in there! It’s a bonus that it feels good too ❤️🐾Featuring Jade and Aubie.
