Cancellation and no show policy:

At Fitz' Fantastic Fur Dog Grooming, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality grooming services to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to your appointment: No charge.

Cancellations within 2 days of your appointment: 50% of your grooming appointment fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 1 day of your appointment: Full grooming appointment fee will be charged.

No-shows and same-day cancellations: Full grooming appointment fee will be charged.

Deposits: Deposits for upcoming appointments must be paid by 5pm the day before your scheduled grooming appointment.

We are happy to work with you on rescheduling appointments whenever possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes that fit both our schedules.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

GROOMING PRICE UPDATE

Dear Clients,

Thank you so much for trusting me with your dogs. I truly appreciate every pup (and their humans!) that comes through my door — it means a lot to me.

Due to the continued increase in grooming supplies, equipment maintenance, and operating costs, there will be a $5 increase to all grooming services effective April 1st 2026.

This adjustment allows me to continue providing quality products, proper care, and the time and attention each dog deserves so they can leave happy, comfortable, and looking their best.

I appreciate your understanding and your continued support. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out anytime.
