“Crush” has been hard at it these last couple weekends; from the High School Rodeos to the branding pen. He’s making great progress and he is starting to settle in to all the sights and action.

Yesterday marked day 1 for JXL Wright Smoking (Chucky). First saddling went great! Chucky came to us this spring as an unstarted 4 yr old; stay tuned for his progression throughout the summer!

This is a stout, good looking gelding bred by Ludwig’s and with lines like Tuf N Busy and Ill Smoke Ya on his papers, we couldn’t resist owning him.

“Rush” is consigned to the All Around Horse Sale August 8, 2026 in Bentley, AB.

He is a jackpot ready heel horse, starting in the heading and will see some ranch miles this summer too. He’s gentle and quiet and ready to go be someone’s next main mount!
