So much to be grateful for this year 🩷🐕🦄

Happy Thanksgiving to all our wonderful clients 🐶, to Kelsey and Dylan Fast for being super pawesome, and to all the awesome dog people out there!

Also it’s my mom’s birthday today 🥳 Happy Birthday Nanny, Ama, Mother Tucker, Cate…. You are the best and we all love you so much! Thankful to you for spending so much time with the girls which allows me to spend more time with dogs (and the horse!) 😍

That’s a wrap on Day School round 2!

We had a great round of dogs this class, a few new students and a few repeating. We worked hard, went on some fun field trips, learned lots, and bonded really well as a pack with some blossoming friendships 🌼

We are taking a quick break for summer and plan to start up with Round 3 in September. Please stay tuned for dates and if you would like to join the waitlist please reach out 😊👍

Monday Funday 🤩

We kicked off our Day School today and welcomed 4 awesome students, Finley the lab, Frankie the schnauzer, Kobe the Chihuahua, and Pippa the poodle!

They each worked hard on individual sessions, made progress, rested well in between sessions, had some fun and went home feeling fulfilled and exhausted
😅🙏

Already looking forward to next week with this great group!

Saturdays sessions 😍😍

My favourite little dude Hudson graduated from his puppy package today. His owner has done such a fantastic job with him so far. She has a great understanding of what real socialization looks like, that it’s more about exploring and observing the world together and not about greeting new people and dogs. It’s because the focus has been on togetherness that Hudson is doing so well for only being 4.5 months. Most people focus on their puppies saying hi and playing with every dog and person they see and this only takes away from what’s important, and that’s the relationship with your dog! Next up for Hudson is to join the next set of Monday Funday Day School sessions where he will continue working on confidence building and being the best puppy in town 🤩🙏

Adorable little June Bug had her third e collar session today. The focus with June is to work towards off leash reliability and having one call recall in all situations. We tested her today with doing a park session and she absolutely rocked it. In the first clip you can’t see but there was an off leash Pomeranian chasing squirrels in the bush. June rocked her ‘let’s go’s’ and redirected beautifully with her owner. I brought my pack out next and June did amazing with her off leash follow and recalls past us. We had a longline on for back up because June is so fresh in her journey with the e collar, but look how amazing she did without touching it. It won’t take long before she no longer needs the long line but there’s absolutely no rush to ditch it. The long line is your best friend when it comes to recall and e collar training. Safety, control and respect are always the main priority when working a dog in public spaces.

June is well on her way to enjoying a whole new world of freedom and I’m so excited for her! 🩷

Monday Funday is right around the corner 🤩

We have two spots left in our first round of Day School starting on May 18th. Perfect for puppies, reactive dogs, and dogs wanting help on a specific goal! 🤓

✨ We will be raising rates for all training services as of June 1st. Don’t miss out on this first round of classes and the discounted private session offered ✨

✨ Monday Funday Day School ✨

Our first set of dates is in the books 📕

May 18th for 4 weeks- $240 +tax

Spaces are limited, and we have a few spots left in this round! We are keeping the numbers small to ensure each dog receives a quality day working on their individual goals as well as some safe and structured time with other dogs.

After the four Mondays are completed you will have the option to book a private session for $100 ($20 discount) 🤗

Starting this May we have an awesome new program to offer you!

MONDAY FUNDAY Day School 🐶

Drop your dog off for a day of fun in a safe and structured environment where our goal is to help you achieve your goals with your dog!

This program is suitable for all dogs with the ideal candidates being ⬇️

✨ PUPPIES! Pups who are too young to join our packwalks. Let us help you get started on all the basics of raising a balanced dog, while offering proper socialization and real world skills!

✨ Dogs who are too reactive with other dogs/people to join packwalks. This program will offer a safe space for the difficult dogs to gain safe exposure to other dogs and new environments.

✨ Owners who have a specific goal they would like to achieve. Let us build a solid foundation and help you work towards that goal whether it be E collar conditioning, reliable recall, or leash handling techniques.

For every four Mondays booked you will have the option to book a private session at a discounted rate to learn what your dog has been working on 👍👍

If I posted all the dogs I know that have passed this page would be way too sad… but this dog right here, he deserves his own post 😭

Rex was such a special soul, the true definition of a ‘good boy’. He made me feel like I was his favourite person in the world whenever he saw me and I know that’s the way he made everyone feel. He loved with his entire being and one look in his beautiful calm eyes would bring peace and happiness. He was nothing but good vibes. I’m sure all my staff (past and present) would agree that Rex was the happiest and best boy always. No matter the dogs, no matter how difficult of a day, his steady carefree presence would make everything better.

Rexy, you have left us all feeling heartbroken but I am happy knowing you are pain free now and that there was a party waiting for you, all of your past buddies there to welcome you 🌈 Rest easy sweet angel, until we meet again ❤️
