I was lucky enough to capture Noble Quest’s entire yawn sequence. 🥱 ❤️

Pre-yawn, still respectable and composed.

Then the mouth opens and dignity begins to slip.

Full yawn.

Tiny kitten. Enormous mouth. Apparently every tooth needed to make an appearance.

And then it’s over.

Leaving behind this wonderfully derpy little face.

As many of you know, I was evaluating Eternal Hope as a future queen for Mythical Dream.

Her profile isn’t turning out the way I’d hoped. She has a nose bump, and if I am breeding to the Maine C**n standard, I cannot overlook it simply because I love her.

I have made the difficult decision to let Hope go as a beloved pet.❤️🐾

This changes nothing about how beautiful she is or how deeply she is loved. It simply means she is not the right choice to carry my breeding program forward.

Hope represents so much to me through her great-grandparents Blade and Pona, her grandmother Taureal, and her mom Mistletoe. I had imagined her as part of the future of my cattery, which makes this decision incredibly painful.

She will always hold a piece of my heart.
