I just learned about the tragic accident that claimed the lives of two British Columbian travel vloggers over a year ago.

🌸 Your long overdue visit to a place you still call home, or one of many homes, is not a tourist's vacation. It's a return to a light hearted feeling -- a heart anchor moment. You've got nothing to explain or prove. Block out the noisy, frenetic world and give yourself space to reconnect.

I read that Russia dumped the No Time Change plan after 3 years. I wonder if this plan will last?

🌿 It's a beautiful sunny day and it's a perfect time to be heading out to your local municipal election polling station before 8 PM. You will need to bring two pieces of ID and one of them should have your address on it. For more information about the candidates, have a look at the package that you hopefully received in the mail or head over to your city's website.
🌿
It can feel overwhelming, but think about what your priorities are and then sort out who you want for mayor, who you want for school trustees and who you want for the city councilors. There are a lot of names so I'm going to be bringing a list with me.
🌿
Please encourage your friends, colleagues and family members to vote as well.

*This is a nonpartisan message to encourage British Colombians to take part in the important municipal elections. I am reminded of an election that was held in Baghdad in the noughts -- a city in which I was fortunate to have the opportunity to live for a while. It was an extremely dangerous time to be out on the street but residents put their lives on the line to get to the polling stations. The election turnout was higher than what we get for our municipal elections! Please exercise your right to vote. It is a privilege that we have and we really need to make our voices heard!

Makes sense. Finding that balance can be tricky the older your teenage child gets. Do your best. That's all you can do.

Research from the University of Georgia finds that warmth and affection can make a difference.

I didn't receive information and the E-mail account that I use in relation to this card. And I'm not even sure which account I used for my Urban Fare card that I got back in the noughties , but still use. Did you get an email about a breach?

🌿Update on the Prime Cat Nico (so-called 1st Cat in the USA). All is well and everything is sorted at the cottage on the Governor General's property.
