9-year-old 15h bay gelding for sale.

Elliott is looking for a new person to call his own. He is a 9-year-old bay gelding standing at 15h. He has schooled up to 3’ and shown at 2’9”, both at home in Southlands and off property.

Elliott gets along well with his neighbours and is good for the farrier and vet. He would be a great option for someone looking for a fun, personable gelding with experience in and out of the show ring.

Priced at 10k. Please contact Robyn Hunt for inquiries.

💖 For Sale: Grey is a 2013 16’1 hand Dutch Warmblood gelding out of Bosch Blue and Bombay WF.

Grey is a sensitive type who absolutely loves his people and will nicker to your car when he sees you pull in. With past riders, he’s competed mostly in the jumper arena up to a meter, but has schooled higher at home. When it comes to jumping, he’s very particular about his riders and requires a confident, steady pilot.

More recently, he has been working in dressage as well, and shows tremendous aptitude in this area. He has changes, counter canter, and fairly solid trot work for first and likely second + levels. Grey has been to many off property shows (Tbird, Milner, MREC) and does not bat an eye at the change in environment. Grey is Jr/AA safe. He loads, bathes and stands for the farrier, and receives no maintenance. He is barefoot, and has been his whole life. Grey’s ideal home would have turn out options, and also mainly focus on developing him further in dressage, although some low stakes jumping would suit him just fine.

Grey would also be a very lovely and reliable pleasure horse to dabble in a little bit of everything. Above everything else he loves having a doting person and being fussed over. He can absolutely level up with the right person in dressage, but would also be a great fit for someone who wants to do a little low stakes everything!

Only reason this lovely boy is for sale is that his kid is no longer riding. He has been ridden by a competent amateur for the last 2 years. Good home is the top priority.

Asking 30k and open to offers. He can come with his winter blankets.

Located in Southlands, Vancouver. Trials can be arranged. Please contact 604 812 6455

Today we said goodbye to Apple. 🍎💔

Apple came to the barn as a bit of a quirky guy with plenty of opinions. He kept riders on their toes and pushed them to learn new ways of problem solving.

He wasn’t always easy, but he taught valuable lessons: perseverance, patience, and determination. And when it came to jumping, Apple flew around the course like no other. We’ll miss this big chestnut.

Rest easy, Apple. 🌈
