Hey everyone, as it stands we should be able to reopen the 17th with regular grooming appointments, however we will not be booking anything until we know for sure the restrictions etc. If you have contacted us here or by phone rest assured I have you on my list of call backs, please be patient and I will call you as soon as I know more ❤ hope to see you all soon!

We are open for EMERGENCIES ONLY!!

An emergency is: severe matting on the body, nails causing foot pain (bent toes, growing into pads), severe eye buildup (eye gunk so severe it is causing eye problems), dog has health issues (diabetes, Cushing etc) that require shorter hair for medical reasons.

What is not an emergency: minor tangles, dog is scruffy or too hairy, dog has hair hanging in face, dog is shedding, dog is smelly.

If your dog does not fall into the emergency category please do not call me, I can't do anything about the rules unfortunately.

Groomers in Ontario will be allowed to groom again

BUT for the time being , we have strict regulations to follow.

- only allowed 1 pet per appointment at a time (even if you own 3 dogs we can only take 1 at a time.)
- by appointment only
- dogs that require IMMEDIATE care can have basic grooms.

So that means: matted dogs shaved down and no extra services at this time. We will not be brushing out matted dogs, they will be shaved. We will be doing nail trims for over grown nails.

Dogs MUST be dropped off and picked up at requested times. If you are even 5 minutes late we will not take you in!

If your dog does not fit these requirements we will have to wait a little longer to see you.

Regular re opening will be feb 11th (providing it isn't extended)

Those who fit this description will be booked in starting Monday.

We may require photos of the pet prior to booking appointments and we will be documenting each pet that comes into the store.

While this is unfortunate and many don't agree (I know I don't), it is the law and we will not make any exceptions.
