🐾 Just a little reminder from us 🐾
We really do try to be very accommodating when it comes to drop-off and pick-up times. We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes plans change, so we always try our best to work with you.
We do dog sitting /boarding because we truly love dogs. We also know how stressful it can be to leave our fur babies in a kennel, which is why we love being able to offer a more comfortable, home environment for them.
With that being said, we also have our own family life and we both work full-time jobs. We plan our days around the drop-off and pick-up times that we arrange with everyone.
We completely understand that things happen and sometimes you are going to be late. All we ask is that you keep us updated. A quick message saying you’re running behind makes a huge difference because then we know what’s going on and can plan accordingly.
Going forward, if you are late for a drop-off or pick-up and we haven’t heard from you or received an update, we will be adding an additional fee.
We really don’t want to have to do that, and we’ll always continue to be as accommodating as we can. We just ask that our time is respected as well.
