This package is intended for new clients and includes 7 x 60min sessions that include homework notes and ongoing virtual support.

We will cover:
✨ Handler engagement and motivation
✨ Building a reward and reinforcement system for clear communication
✨ Using flexi leash or long line skills to teach inevitable cooperation as we develop consistency
✨ Introduction of the obedience needed and the full process of proofing obedience with the e collar for off-leash reliability
✨ Optional next steps to use the ecollar for advanced obedience reliability
✨ Optional participation or shadow spots in Caitlin Friday adventure days program!

This is for dogs who aren’t a fit for group walks, high energy dogs who need more than a walk around the block, or anyone who wants to maintain their dog’s training skills and needs ongoing support with their exercise.

During enrichment walks, Beth can practice training protocols with your dog, or give them outlets like long line/flexi leash walks and/or play.

Does your dog struggle to pay attention to you around distractions, or do you want more practice working with your dog in a small group environment?

We’re excited to have our trainer Jaye hosting 2 group classes this month in Parkdale for anyone who’d like to learn to engage with their dog around distractions (handler engagement class), and practice neutrality in controlled proximity exercises (dog neutrality class).

These classes max out at 4 people to ensure everyone gets personalized coaching.

DIY spring pole set up:

Length of chain — can get from any hardware store
Porch swing spring — I got mine from amazon
Quick release clip — can also get from Amazon or a hardware store
Bite suit tug toy — dogsportgear.com or amazon

Also needed:
A strong horizontal tree branch or bar (goalposts work well)
A dog who loves to play tug or possess objects!
