Try this one when you are gathering. You'll need toasted unsalted bread, your best olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and if you wish prepared slices of fried halloumi cheese. Cut the bottom of the garlic only and rub your toasted bread, drizzle a generous amount of EVOO, sprinkle with salt, top with sliced halloumi. Better than a bag of chips. If your guest walks off with a clove of garlic, it's because she's comparing garlic taste profiles.
