All proceeds benifit our programs . There is so much information and things that young riders should properly learn before riding a 1200lbs animal on their own. With most programs being outdated, I began designing The Saddle Club. Where kids learn from the ground up, not only to become g

reat riders but to be a great horse person something that is needed to proceed in this sport. The Saddle Club is a safe place to make friends both human and equines, and enjoy everything we can learn about horses and riding. With all age and experience levels in mind there are separate groups and all in tack lessons are private. There is a huge plethora of knowledge that goes into owning and riding horses, and most of that is learned on the ground. This program is separated into two parts . Every week The Saddle Club hosts Pony School, which is an interactive learning session about different topics. There are different grades of pony school and as they continue their journey every 12 weeks a graduation is held to introduce them to the next grade of Pony School. As the grades go up, so does the complexity , and riding opportunities.

One of our mares decided that the brand-new fly sheet we bought her last week simply wasn’t her style.

This was a $150 fly sheet. We got a grand total of 8 days out of it. 🫠

It’s a good reminder that when you take riding lessons anywhere, you’re not just paying for the time spent in the saddle. Lesson rates reflect all the care, time, equipment, and expenses that go into keeping horses healthy, happy, and comfortable every single day.

Things like quality feed, veterinary care, farrier visits, facility maintenance, and yes… replacing fly sheets that have an unexpectedly short life expectancy.

The wellbeing of our horses will always come first, even when they make questionable financial decisions.

We do believe this particular incident was a team effort, with significant support and encouragement from Pebbles the donkey. 🫏😂

We’re officially FULL for all weeks of Summer Camp, and every week now has a waitlist!
We are incredibly grateful for the support and excitement surrounding camp this year. Due to the overwhelming interest, we’ll be looking into the possibility of adding an additional camp week.
