We wanted to revisit this topic since it might seem strange to some that we offer free evaluations. Here is a bit about why we find them important and what to expect 🙂
The scoop on our free evaluations…
Every dog is different. Your training plan should be too.
What happens?
We go over your intake form with you and take the time to get to know you and your dog. We assess your dog’s behaviour and talk through your goals, concerns and frustrations.
You’re not alone…
We have seen it all. We often say the couch in our shop turns into a therapy couch! Most of our clients come to us feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and not sure what to do next. This is always a judgement free zone!
Where it happens?
In person evaluations are at our shop with Taylor, Ashley… or if you’re lucky- both! 😛 If you’re not a local or prefer to start from home we can begin with a phone evaluation.
Why do we do these?
We are in this with you. We offer long term support to our clients, so it is important we are the right fit for each other.
Why are they free?
Honestly, we want to help any way we can. We want to be able to talk through your situation with no pressure to commit. If we are not the right fit, we will point you in the right direction.
Can you just tell me cost of training first?
We get it 🤍 But every dog and situation is different, so pricing varies. We don’t want to charge (or guess) until we can give you a clear plan and real answers.
So here’s what it’s really about…
At the end of the day, it’s about making life easier for you and your dog. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and help you figure out the next steps. Come meet us at the shop or start with a call. We can’t wait to meet you! 🐶
