📢 ❗️New policy on No-Shows & Cancellations❗️🐾

Please remember that missed appointments or last-minute cancellations leave an empty spot that another pet could have used. As a one-on-one groomer, that time can't always be filled.

Going forward, clients who no-show appointments will be required to pay half of their pet's grooming time slot before another appointment can be booked.

As the owner I truly appreciate each and every one of you & I work hard to be accommodating & understanding ! 🐶✂️😺

Summer has arrived, and with it comes the busy season. Between all the baths, brush-outs, desheds, and summer trims, the days have been flying by!
