Healthcare settings are often lacking in natural lighting. But, we all know how important this is for the wellbeing of both the patients and the staff that occupy these spaces. We made it a top priority to maximize the floor to ceiling windows of our corner unit property, ensuring all main areas for clients, patients and staff are flooded with natural light. Take a peek at our main treatment area!

We are so grateful for our local Toronto community! Our friends over at .coffee generously donated some of their amazing custom dog toys for our cancer fighters! Because if you have to go to the doctor’s office, you should at least get a new toy! Chester definitely approves.

The consult rooms at TACC were designed to feel familiar, both for you and your pet. We’ve swapped out the stainless steel exam tables and white coats for a relaxing sofa and enough space for your pet to feel calm and secure.

A lot of oncology care revolves around conversation and decision making, allowing us to explore unconventional consult room design that works for our care model. The best feedback is when a typically nervous patient comfortably falls asleep during an appointment 🤍

PS - Modelling credits go to Rambo, a long term patient of Dr. Pinard’s who is more than ready for his rise to fame! 🤩

It’s always a good week when a patient is in remission! We’re so happy for Luna! This sweet girl came to us with a diagnosis of lymphoma and like most patients was feeling unwell. But, within one week of chemotherapy she has had a full response and is feeling great! Remember that chemotherapy goals are very different for our veterinary patients and most actually feel better during chemotherapy - quality of life is always the goal 🤍
