To those asking for more information, here is a photo from our farm of Shelly, one of our cattle, happy and healthy after having the minor surgery to obtain steak! As you can see there is very little scarring; only a small incision, and she looks great!

Bringing meat back to vegetarians with our "No Kill" policy!
We only use expendable meat that is surgically and carefully removed from animals, before they go on to lead happy and healthy lives!

Vegetarians, we cater to YOU! And all other animal-friendly meat eaters. We are the first ever no-kill steak house! Instead of cooking meat that has been obtained by raising and slaughtering animals, we use only expendable meat that can be obtained from the animal without killing it. Similar to sending your pet to the vet, it gets a minor surgery, we remove some meat, and let the animal heal and live out it's life.
