🌸 Spring Session Has Started at Swansea Dog Obedience Club! 🌸

Our Spring semester has officially begun, and we are looking forward to another season filled with learning, teamwork, and lots of fun with our dogs! 🐾

A big welcome to all our new and enthusiastic students who joined us this session. We are excited to meet you and start working together to help your dogs grow in confidence, focus, and skills.

Training is not only about obedience — it is about building a strong partnership, understanding your dog better, and creating positive experiences together.

✨ Trick Classes at Swansea Dog Obedience Club – What a Fantastic Semester! ✨

This semester of Trick classes at Swansea Dog Obedience Club has been nothing short of amazing! We have seen outstanding progress, happy teams, and a wonderful number of new Trick titles earned by our dogs.

🏆 From beginner to advanced levels, handlers and dogs showed dedication, consistency, and great teamwork. The results truly speak for themselves.

Trick training is about much more than titles. It helps build:
🧠 Mental stimulation and problem-solving skills
🤝 Stronger handler–dog communication
💪 Confidence and body awareness
🎉 And lots of fun for both ends of the leash!

We are so proud of all the teams and hope everyone continues practicing and expanding their trick repertoire. Keep challenging those brilliant canine minds and enjoying the journey together.

**Pumpkin Peanut Butter Dog Treats**

Make your own homemade pumpkin peanut butter dog treats with this one-bowl 4-ingredient recipe! Create cute shapes with silicone molds or cookie cutters. These DIY dog treats make a welcome gift for your dog-loving friends.

**Course:** Healthy Snack
**Cuisine:** Canine
**Diet:** Gluten Free
**Prep Time:** 5 minutes
**Cook Time:** 30 minutes (depends on size of mold)
**Total Time:** 35 minutes
**Servings:** 30 (depends on size of mold)

**Equipment**

* silicone dog treat molds
* mixing bowl
* spatula or spoon

**Ingredients**

* ½ cup pure pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
* 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter (no added sugar or xylitol)
* 2 large eggs
* 2 cups oat flour or whole wheat flour

**Instructions**

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine the pumpkin purée, peanut butter, and eggs in a medium bowl.
3. Stir in the flour until well combined.
4. Roll the dough into small balls less than 1 inch in diameter. Press them into the molds just until they’re level. Don’t overfill, as the treats will puff up a little as they bake.
5. Place the molds on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or until the dog treats are dry and hard.
6. Remove from the oven and transfer the molds to a cooling rack for 10–15 minutes. When cool enough to handle, invert onto the rack and let the treats cool completely before feeding to your dog.
7. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for a week or more. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze.
