Just a quick Eziekle appreciation post. This little Dude has been coming to our rescue for vacations since he was about 2 years old. He’s about 6 now, and has been living here for his retirement.

When he first came here he was such a dark black colour, and I kept mixing up Little Foot with him.

Today he’s Greying, losing his hair, losing weight from not eating as much, and now has Adrenal and Insulinoma.

The hardest part about owning so many animals is knowing what’s next. Fingers crossed it’s not the aggressive type, like Ferns was.

Hold your ferrets tights. You never know when that last day will occur. 💕💕

The hardest part of owning a rescue, is the good bye.
Sadly, Fern had to be helped to cross the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. He just wasn’t getting any better.

He’s just so cute! He’s not much of a biter, but it feels weird when he grabs my toes the same way he does fingers.. 😂.
