Applications are officially OPEN for Niigaanii K9 Day Train! 🐾

I’ve been working behind the scenes to create a program that offers more than traditional private training, while still keeping owners involved in the process.

Niigaanii K9 Day Train is a 4-week, one-on-one training program designed to give your dog consistent structure, guidance and training throughout the week — while giving you the tools to continue that progress at home.

Here’s what’s included:

🐾 16 training days over 4 weeks
🐾 Monday–Thursday, 6 hours per day
🐾 One dog per program — individualized training and attention
🐾 Your dog goes home with you each day — this is NOT daycare
🐾 x3 1-1 owner coaching sessions
🐾 Client portal with resources, homework and training materials
🐾 Personalized training videos and progress updates
🐾 Ongoing support throughout the program
🐾 A customized training plan based on your dog’s individual goals

FOUNDING CLIENT RATE 💙

The first 2 approved clients will receive the founding client rate of $1,995.

Regular program investment: $2,495

Your $130 consultation fee is credited toward the program if you move forward.

Because I work with one dog at a time, spots are intentionally limited.

If you’ve been looking for more support than occasional private sessions can provide — but want to remain an active part of your dog’s training journey — this may be the right fit for you.

Applications are now open.

Head to the link in my bio to learn more about the program and submit your application.

Once you’ve submitted your application, please allow up to 3 business days for a response. If you haven’t heard from me, be sure to check your junk/spam folder before reaching out.

I can’t wait to see who the first two Niigaanii K9 Day Train clients will be. 💙

Younger me would be so proud. 🥹

I think sometimes we get so caught up in what we haven’t done yet, what we could improve, and what we still want to accomplish…

that we forget to look around and realize how far we’ve actually come.

We own a business. And younger me would think that’s pretty damn cool. 🤍🐾

Sometimes you just have to take a step back, look at where you started, and appreciate how far you’ve come. You might be further than you think. ✨

I wanted to create a program that offered more than what I could provide through private training, while still keeping the owner heavily involved in the process.

That’s where Day Train came in.

Day Train is not daycare.
It’s not a quick fix.
And it’s not a program where you drop your dog off and expect me to do all the work.

It’s a structured training program for owners who are willing to put in the work alongside their dog.

That means being willing to make changes at home, follow the training plan, be consistent and follow through with what we’re working on.

Because your dog’s success isn’t just about what happens during their training days with me.

It’s about what happens when they go home.

I can teach your dog new skills, help create structure and work through the areas that may be holding you both back.

The goal is not to have a dog who listens to me.

The goal is to help you build a better understanding of your dog, learn how to communicate with them and create changes that can continue long after the program is over.

👀 I’ll be sharing more about the program, what to expect and how to apply over the coming weeks.

It’s official ✨

I’m excited to finally introduce Niigaanii K9 Day Train, launching this September.

Day Train is a four-week immersive training program where your dog spends structured training days with me while continuing to live at home with you. Through individualized training, structured home-based learning, real-world outings, and owner coaching, the goal is to build practical skills that carry over into everyday life.

This program was created for owners looking for more consistency, more support, and a personalized approach to training.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more about the program, what a typical training day looks like, and when applications will open.

I can’t wait to share it with you.

👀 For the last few months, I’ve been quietly building something behind the scenes.

Not because I wanted to add another service.

But because I kept meeting owners who needed something different.

Some dogs need more than a one-hour lesson each week.

They need more consistency. More guidance. More opportunities to practice. And just as importantly, their owners need the support and coaching to continue that progress at home.

Over the past several months, I’ve been pouring my time into creating a program that bridges that gap while staying true to the way I believe dogs learn best: through clear communication, structure, consistency, and owner involvement.

I’m almost ready to share it with you.

And I honestly can’t wait.

More soon. 👀

Dealing with reactivity is hard.

But if we want things to change, we first have to change the way we view & live with our dogs.

Learn how they communicate.
Provide them with the clarity & guidance they are looking for.
Set boundaries, create structure & predictability.
Be consistent — even when it’s tough!

Focus on building a relationship that your dog can rely on in times of uncertainty.

That’s where real change starts.

This isn’t about a child “controlling” a big dog.

This is what happens when a dog is given clarity, structure, and fair expectations.

She doesn’t nag him.
She doesn’t bribe him.
She doesn’t let things slide.

She’s been taught how to read his body language, communicate clearly, follow through, and respect his space—while he learns to do the same.

She treats him like a dog, not a toy.

I supervise their interactions—not because there’s mistrust, but because it’s my responsibility to guide both of them.

That’s where respect is built.
That’s where boundaries hold.
That’s where trust develops.

Teaching children how to create boundaries, show respect, and read a dog’s body language isn’t optional—it’s essential to prevent misunderstandings And unsafe interactions.

Training can be hard—especially when you’re dealing with behavioural issues.

There will be good days and bad days.
Moments where things click… and moments where it feels like nothing is working.

We need to remember, our dogs aren’t robots.

It’s easy to focus on what’s going wrong,
and harder to notice the small progress that’s actually happening.

But that’s where real change is.

Lasting results take time.
And your mindset matters more than you think—your dog feels it.

So if you’re feeling frustrated or overwhelmed, take a step back.
Reset. Take care of yourself. Come back clearer.

Your training will reflect that.
