☀️🐶 Hot weather can be dangerous for our dogs. Know the signs of heat stroke and act quickly if you notice excessive panting, drooling, weakness, or collapse.

Keep pets cool, hydrated, and out of parked cars. Their lives depend on it. 💙

Sunscreen is a summer staple, but your pet may have more access to it than you realize.

Pets can ingest human sunscreen by licking it off your skin, nosing through a beach bag, or having it applied directly to their haircoat or skin. Human formulas aren't safe for pets, so if sun protection is needed, look for a pet-safe formula free from zinc oxide and salicylates.

If your pet got into sunscreen, call or chat with our expert team at 800-213-6680.

Veterinary Receptionists are often the first and last point of contact during your pet care visit. Those who provide client services are an essential part of our team. The care they contribute greatly impacts our clients and their pets.
We want to celebrate and shine the spotlight on our amazing group of Veterinary Receptionists. We can’t do any of this without them 😊
You are all amazing ❤️
