ROAD WORK ON SULLIVAN AVE right infront of my shop. Im sorry for the inconvenience but for the next 2 weeks they are changing water pipes easiest way to the shop is to come down West street there is NO SULLIVAN AVE access. Let's cross out fingers they wrap this up in the 2 weeks they say.

When im not working both myself and my daughter do tae Kwondo together stay fit and active all 4 schools sent in best kicks i made it to top 10 and trying to make it to top 3 with most liked picture yellow belt back leg side kick strong 💛

RELOCATING as of May 1st we will be at our new location 34 Sullivan Ave in thorold. If you have booked appointments we will be calling you as usual for reminder phone call apt amd give you address again. New location is a 2 min drive from Pine st shop 900 meters away.

To all my wonderful fur babies moms and dads the HOT weather is here and with that comes the mass amount of phone calls im trying my very best to do as many as i can to help ur babies stay comfortable in this hot weather but i can only do so many in a day. During covid alot of people added new family members and we have alot of people that we are trying to accommodate. Please be patient im trying to call everyone back within a day or two but only so many hours in a day. We are currently booking for beginning of July. We also recommend prebooking your next grooming appointment to hold that spot for u. Thank you so much for all ur support during these crazy times. Stay safe and healthy and hope to see you soon. Everyone can breath groomers are allowed to stay open all appointments will remain as scheduled for April. If anything changes I will be contacting everyone before their appointment date. HAPPY EASTER 🐣

IM BACK!!! Hello everyone i would like to say my little peanut is 3 months today and doing very well. Thank to everyone for being patient with my leave. I am returning to work on Saturdays only for the month of Sept Page will be continuing on tues wed and fri. And in Oct I personally will be Mon Wed Sat. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. To all my customers my baby bump has arrived Zoey Leanne Rapattoni was born June 4th at 7:36 PM 5 pounds 8 ounces yes i was at work all day lol with a broken water delivery was great and smooth by csection. The plan was to be back by end of July but please be patient as my little girl has a heart defect and is currently in sickkids hospital awaiting heart surgery that is booked for Wed June 17th being said i need to be home with my baby girl for her recovery. The shop is still open i have a talented groomer running the show for the time being her name is Page. She is great friendly and very personable please be patient as we are going through this big change. Page knows im a phone call away you will all love her. Thank u for being patient kind and understanding of me having to be away from work for a little bit but u are all in good hands. I will be returning as soon as i can as soon as my girl is healthy enough and strong enough. Thank you everyone and i will see you soon Karleen

To all my customers yes we have been given the ok from Ford to open up for grooming coming this Tuesday now as u can imagine we have a crazy call back back list as we have been closed sinch March. I will be doing my best to do as many as i can by apt to get caught up if you have called or messaged me to be put on the call list i promise you are on the list please if u have contacted me already i know everyone is in need please be patient and not be added again as we have alot of dogs needing attention i will call you.
