Rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming unwanted, abused, abandoned, and neglected horses, and providing long-term sanctuary to those who need it.

The Barefoot Ranch is located four miles North of Teulon, MB. It is a 120-acre parcel of land that is well treed, featuring natural as well as man-made water sources. It is the perfect piece of land for horses. We have been at this location since 2012. Soon after moving here, we started to notice a need to provide a sanctuary in the area for horses. There were multiple circumstances that arose that brought many horses in need to us. We began with the thought of rehabilitating the horses and selling them to recoup our expenses, but that was a short-lived dream. In 2016 we decided to incorporate to make our organization more official. Over the past few years, we have rescued over 40 horses. If you are able to donate, please do visit our website and click on the donate button. If you can’t donate, please like, share, and comment on our social media posts to help us get the word out.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped us raise $1,100 for our large round bales! 🐴💛

We’re now raising $1,800 for small square bales, supplemental feed, straw, and wood shavings for bedding. Thanks to your generosity, $530 is already raised, leaving $1,270 to go.

If you’re able to contribute or share this post, it would mean so much to the animals in our care. Every donation helps keep them fed, warm, and comfortable. Thank you for being part of their care! 🌾🐐🐓

A huge thank-you to everyone who gave to our weekend donation match fundraiser! Together, you helped us raise **$1,100**—enough to cover the cost of the large round bales we need for winter.

We’re incredibly grateful for every dollar and for everyone who shared, donated, and cheered us on. Your generosity will help keep our animals fed through the colder months. 💚
