I use Adaptiv and/or Balance for general performance issues. Like when your is so excited it can't even think. There is the bottle or a roller. The roller is cut with a carrier oil so won't be quite a potent.
To use break the seal on the bottle and put the lid back on have the bottles a short distance from each other and observe which one the dog seems most interested in. I have had some dogs choose both. Then put one drop on your palm. Rub hands together and then rub dog from nose overhead down to ends of the ears.
I usually put it on 10 - 20 minutes before we are going to do anything different. After using for about 3 sessions you can try a session without and see how things go. You should see a bit of an improvement in the way your dog processes things.
