We have our first few Goslings on the ground now, and hopefully will have a few hatching each week for the next while.

We now have Emdden and white Chinese eggs in the incubator..... We don't like to count the geese before they hatch, but we are hoping to have goslings starting early May.

Starting to set up the Goose breeder pens. We don't want to count our geese before they hatch, but if everything goes accorrding to plan we wil have commercial Embdens, and Commercial white chinese goslings forsale in the Spring.

There will only be small quanities of each, but we are looking forward to the spring hatches!

We are having some young ganders butchered tomorrow. If you are looking for a young roosting goose for Christmas, just let us know. We will only have a few for sale, first come first serve.
