This sweet little peanut just melted my heart. She climbed onto me and just snuggled under my chin while I checked out her X-rays. Sometimes that all it takes to make me appreciate what I do. Animals teach us so much… to love unconditionally, be kind and accepting and to look after each other. Everyone needs a little love and help these days ❤️

This is Max, a 9 yr old domestic shorthair who is a schmooshy, sweet, cuddly little love muffin. Max likes to have fun outdoors. Sometimes Max eats grass (just for fun!). Max has been sneezing a little for 5 days which has earned him a trip to the doctor.
Happy days! He gets some feel good, fun drugs and voila... A 3.5" blade of grass is retrieved from behind his soft palate 😉🤦‍♀️
Don't be like Max 🤣

This can be a common-ish finding in cats especially around freshly cut grass. They can sniff up the grass cuttings or try to vomit up ingested grass, which ends up getting caught in their palate ultimately becoming trapped in their sinus cavity!
Such an easy fix if you get so lucky to find it there!
This little guy went home happy and comfy!
