Lots of fresh herbs this time of year. Too many for you to eat fresh? Dry them or freeze them. If you were applying heat, make sure that you use the lowest possible temperature. If you can smell them, that’s the flavour escaping.

Lessons from 2025. One zucchini plant is enough zucchinis. Beneficial bugs are the best. Whatever you think is the right date to get plants in, get them in earlier than that. Plan to have fresh flowers on the table at all times. What did you learn?
