Every great clinic needs a management team… meet ours! 😂

Giulio and Alfie take their roles at KGVH very seriously. From welcoming visitors and keeping a watchful eye on the clinic to maintaining staff morale, these two are always on the job.

Their management style?

🐶 Lead with enthusiasm

👀 Supervise everything

😴 Schedule adequate rest breaks

🦴 Ensure treats are distributed fairly

❤️ Keep team morale high

Compensation negotiations are ongoing, but apparently more treats remain their top priority. 😂

Have you met Giulio or Alfie at the clinic?

👇 And if your pet worked at KGVH, what would their job title be?

🐾💙 We walked for the kitties!

Our KGVH crew hit the pavement in support of VOKRA, with our staff—and of course Ritchie proudly representing King George Veterinary Hospital! 🐶🐱

The walk may be over, but there’s still time to show your support. Every contribution helps support a cause that means so much to our team and the cats and kittens in our community. 💙

27 years of caring, compassion and countless furry little faces!

This September marks 27 years since Melissa joined the King George Veterinary Hospital team in 1999.

Over the years, Melissa has cared for so many of our patients and built lasting relationships with the families who love them. And if you know Melissa, you might also know she has a special soft spot for our smaller patients—especially guinea pigs!

27 years is quite the milestone, and we’re so grateful for all the care, experience and heart she continues to bring to KGVH.
Please join us in celebrating Melissa’s 27th KGVH anniversary!

Back-to-school pop quiz for pet parents!

Your pet may already have a microchip—but when was the last time you checked the information connected to it?

A move, new phone number or email change can leave old contact information behind.

So while everyone is getting organized for a new school year, add one tiny task to the family checklist: check your pet’s chip information and make sure it’s current. 🐾

Consider it homework that’s actually worth doing. 😉 A+ for prepared pet parents! 🎓💙

Back to school means a new routine for everyone—including our pets!

With the house suddenly a little quieter and schedules changing, a bit of consistency can go a long way in helping them adjust.

And when everyone finally comes home? That reunion might just be the best part of their day.

How is your pet adjusting to the back-to-school routine?

Every class has one…
The one who sits nicely.
Pays attention.

Follows instructions.*
*When snacks are involved. 😂

We’re pretty sure there are a few Teacher’s Pets in the KGVH community.

🎓 Does your pet deserve the title—or are they more likely to be sent to the principal’s office? 😂
