My beautiful girl is one year old today!

Martha's start to life was not easy. She was surrendered to rescue as a young puppy in California, adopted shortly after but returned after several months. She was adopted again and brought all the way to the interior of BC, but once again surrendered to rescue shortly after. As a result Martha is a fairly challenging dog who doesn't easily trust. I'm honored to have earned the love of this quirky girl. Watching her true personality come through has been an absolute joy during a frankly very dark period of my life. Cautiously looking forward to many more years with this one!
