🌿 Two new teas have found their way to the stand! 🍵

Meet the newest additions to Simply Sophia, where every little batch is thoughtfully prepared by Sophia herself. From gathering and drying ingredients to dreaming up new combinations, she puts so much care into every blend. 💚

🍋 Tea of the Day
Sage, rosemary, lemon and orange. A fresh, herbaceous blend with a bright citrus twist. A little sunshine in your teacup!

🌼 Country Road
Horsetail, calendula and lemon balm. A botanical blend inspired by quiet country walks, wildflowers and the simple beauty of nature.

🌿 Two unique blends, each with its own character, made in small batches by our young entrepreneur.

Golden sunflowers, rich burgundy textures, soft pinks and purples, and foliage in all those beautiful fall shades. These bouquets are a little celebration of the season, gathered into one gorgeous bundle.

Imagine one on your kitchen table, waiting to greet you with your morning coffee. Bring one along to a dinner party, surprise someone who could use a little brightness, or simply treat yourself to something beautiful. You don’t always need a special occasion to bring flowers home. 💐

Behind every blend is Sophia, the young entrepreneur whose imagination, curiosity, and hard work brought Simply Sophia to life. 💗

From foraging and gathering ingredients to carefully drying the flowers and herbs, dreaming up unique combinations, and preparing each little batch, Sophia is the creative mind and hands behind it all.

Every blend begins with an idea and is brought to life one thoughtful step at a time. She pays attention to the little details, takes pride in her process, and puts so much care into creating something of her very own.

🌸 Small batches. Thoughtful blends. A little something unexpected.

With beautiful colors, delicate botanicals, and distinctive combinations, every blend has its own character. No big production line, just Sophia learning, experimenting, and turning her ideas into something she can share with our community.

Little pumpkins, big autumn charm! Mix and match to make your own fall display.

🍂 Gourds | Various varieties
All those wonderful shapes, colours and textures that make fall decorating so much fun.

🌽 Ornamental corn | $5 per bunch
Every bunch is unique, with naturally beautiful kernels in shades of burgundy, purple, gold, cream and more.

🍵 Simply Sophia herbal teas | $3 each
Hand-gathered, dried and packaged with care. A lovely little local treat to enjoy on a crisp autumn day.

If you love a garden that keeps giving, Heather Calluna is a beautiful little perennial to add to the mix. 💗

These compact plants are covered in tiny blooms right now, bringing a wonderful burst of pink and magenta to the garden just as we start moving toward fall.

And here’s the good part: they’re perennials, so with the right conditions, you can enjoy them year after year rather than treating them as a one-season flower. 🌿

Calluna heather generally likes:
🌱 Well-drained, slightly acidic soil
☀️ Plenty of sun
💧 Consistent moisture while getting established
✂️ A light trim after flowering can help keep plants compact and tidy

They’re lovely planted in groups, tucked into rock gardens, added to containers, or used to bring some late-season colour to a garden bed.

A little bundle of fall for $5. 🌽🍂

Our ornamental corn has made its way from the garden to the farm stand, and we’ve bundled up some of our favourites for you to take home.

Every bunch is different. You’ll find combinations of burgundy, gold, cream, purple, blue-black and beautifully speckled kernels.

Hang one on the front door. Add it to your pumpkins. Lay it across your Thanksgiving table. Tuck it into a basket or fall arrangement. Or take a few bunches home and create your own autumn display. 🍁

$5 per bunch

At that price, grab a few and mix the colours together. 🌽

The selection changes with every bunch, so come choose the ones you love while we still have them.
