Been so busy over this way with studying for my midterm! I’ve only kept a handful of few select clients at the moment as I needed to make room and time for homework and studying.
Another thing I’ve been heavily prioritizing is my health. Mentally, emotionally and physically. This last month I’ve clear over 100km in hikes with only a 1/4 off that being actually riding.
With my new schedule I have been able to incorporate everything I needed to with better balance and it’s steadily paying off. The feeling of being overwhelmed has lessened immensely.
One thing I found that helps me stay focused is knowing that if I stick to my schedule I am able to reward myself with my sunset hikes or rides. Using positive reinforcement on myself!!
This was from last night on my unicorn Chica who thought she was retired but due to her age and her “shape” ⭕️… she is in need of some fitness as she has gotten to the point of being on the brink of obese.
I’ve been working her the last two weeks. We done multiple 3 km hand walking hikes and this was her third ride. We cleared 6 km last night of easy flat terrain.
I hope to get back to posting more but school, clients, my horses and my family are taking priority at the moment.
I am still able to take select clients for either bodywork or saddle fitting and potentially hoof trimming.
Thank you to all who have supported me and continue to do so! I’m so grateful to have this as my job and my life!!
