Hey everyone!

Yesterday I had a man show up, demanding walk-in nail trims on his dogs. This is not a service I have ever been able to offer, nor will I ever be able to offer it. The dogs on my table deserve all of my attention. Stopping their grooms to preform walk-in services is not fair to them or you and upsets my schedule for the rest of the day. This man insisted I publicly advertised this service and then swore at me. I had to refuse him service and forcefully suggest he leave my property and not return.

AT HOT DOGS WE DO NOT OFFER ANY WALK-IN SERVICES AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUDE OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND.

Thank you.

As all of my clients know, you are informed during new client intake, no show appointments are charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. When you book an appointment, you are paying for my time. EVERYONE is informed of this.
I am a very understanding person. If you are late due to traffic, vehicle problems, kids, whatever, I usually let it go. Life happens. However, when you no show for your
appointment and are contacted, only then responding, I get frustrated. I informed this client that due to his no call/no show he owed me 50٪ of the appointment cost and where to etransfer it to. There was no response. I resent the text today, as I had not received to payment. He has since phoned me and sworn at me, called me names and told me "where to stuff" my payment.

This individual is a resident of Strathmore and is showing 0 respect for me and my time. He's showing 0 respect for himself. This is my income. This is how I support my family, and I make sure I keep my prices and my policies VERY reasonable. I DO NOT tolerate abusive or aggressive language or behavior.

Thank you to all of my clients for their continued support during this year. Don't be like Garry.

I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year!

As all my clients know, I had shoulder reconstruction surgery on January 8th. Surgery went well and I've been resting. I am so appreciative of all the love and support I've received going into, and since my surgery.

As soon as I know when I can get back to grooming I will post and let everyone know. If you have any questions on pet care and coat maintenance, please feel free to reach out.

Happy New Years everyone!
