UPDATE- Alpine View Pet Spa – Policy & Hours Update
At Alpine View Pet Spa, the comfort, safety, and individual care of our guests remains our highest priority. To continue providing the level of care every dog deserves, we are updating our daily drop-off and pick-up hours effective immediately.
Updated Hours for Dog Pick-Up & Drop-Off Starts JULY 1
Monday through Friday
Morning Hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 Am
Closed for Rest & Care Duties: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday
Morning Hours: 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Closed for Rest & Care Duties: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Evening Hours: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
During our closed period from 11:00 AM – 2/3:00 PM, a $25 special check-out fee will apply for any scheduled pick-ups or drop-offs. You must pre book this service. Grooming clients may come at appointment times as they are not taken through the kennel areas.
This dedicated quiet period allows our staff to:
~Provide individualized attention and care to each guest
~Complete important cleaning and care duties
~Take necessary staff breaks
Give dogs a calm and structured rest period during the day.
We believe all dogs deserve focused care, proper rest, and a peaceful environment while staying with us. Limiting interruptions during these hours helps us maintain the highest quality experience for every guest in our care.
DEPOSITS:
Due to the high volume of summer bookings between July 1 and September 30, Alpine View Pet Spa requires a 25% deposit for all boarding stays during this period. This will also apply to Christmas bookings from Dec 1 - Jan 15.
Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to a future reservation if notice of cancellation or rebooking is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. This policy helps us manage our limited space fairly and continue providing quality care and accommodation for all of our guests during our busiest season. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Boarding and Daycare Rates Reminder:
Updated Boarding Rates
First Dog: $55 per night
Second Dog (same room): $25 per night
Additional Dogs in the Same Room: $20 per dog, per night
Updated Daycare Rates
Single Dog Daycare: $35 per day
Additional Dogs from the Same Household: $15 per dog, per day
Passes have all been adjusted as of July 1, 2026, your current passes will all transfer and currently all passes are on sale for boarding vacation passes and daycare passes with 10% off to ensure everyone can take advantage of the current rate for the summer by pre purchasing your passes now.
FUR26 is the code to use on the website only, not available on GINGR app, on sale until June 30.
NOTICE OF GINGR USE:
We are excited to announce that Alpine View Pet Spa will be transitioning from Gingr to Paw Partner as our new booking and client management software. This change will provide a more user-friendly experience for our pet parents, including easier account access, simpler forms and booking management, improved communication, and more convenient options for managing your pet’s stays and services. Our goal is to make scheduling and accessing your pet’s information as smooth and efficient as possible while continuing to provide exceptional care for your furry family members. You will receive a login notification later this month when our new app goes live and you may access your new profile. All history and reservations will move forward with the new software so no need to worry, but you will need to claim your account via email and sign our online waiver and update any missing information, only once though!
All loyalty points will be transferred to the new platform and store credits, as well as outstanding balances. Moving forward the new software does not offer loyalty points but do not worry we will be making sure they know we want it!
PARK reservations: Our new software also supports our park calendar- so easier app to use, more flexible booking times and promotions all in one app to make smoother management for our pawesome parents. This will be updated online at the same time we go live, and all current passes will transfer over.
