🧡🍂 Happy Thanksgiving from Polished Paws! 🐾

Wishing you and your furry family a cozy holiday filled with love, gratitude, and extra cuddles! 🤎

I’m currently taking some time to recover from surgery, and I’m so grateful for everyone’s kindness, patience, and support during this time. Thank you for understanding while I focus on healing! ❤️

❤️❤️

I love supporting other entrepreneurs and this one is fantastic. Harley can be a bit of an ass sometimes to put it politely. Laura came to the house and clipped his nails and Harley was amazing through the process much to my surprise. No need to load him in the truck and get him all excited for nothing. If you’re in need of this kind of service check out her FB page, message Laura . You’ll be happy and so will your dog. She travels all over the area and is even a licensed vet tech.

🐾 October at Polished Paws! 🐾

October’s schedule is looking a little different than usual! I’ll be taking some time off at the beginning of the month for surgery and recovery, so my availability will be a bit more limited and scattered than normal. ❤️ Not noted in the chart below is Stratford dates ; as usual, they are Monday mornings and will now be moved to THURSDAY evenings.

✨ New Hamburg will have TWO Fridays this month: October 2nd & October 30th! ✨

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I take some time to heal. I’m looking forward to getting back to my regular schedule and seeing all your pups! 🐶💗

My favourite part of my visits are the snuggles when we celebrate the trim being finished 🤩💓🐾 Meet Ducky!

🐾 Did you know some dogs have double dew claws?

This sweet pup has two dew claws on each back leg! Because dew claws don’t regularly touch the ground, they can have longer quicks, meaning we can’t always trim them as short as we’d like without hitting the quick.

Regular trims help us gradually work those quicks back and keep the nails healthy! ✂️

Allow me to reintroduce myself… 💓🐾

While running this business is a passion of mine and a full-time job in itself, I also wear many other hats. Daughter, sister, wife, mom, aunt, friend, colleague, Registered Veterinary Technician, FURmom are just a handful of my other titles. 🐾

Behind Polished Paws is just a girl trying to balance it all, make memories, love on her people (and pets!), and enjoy the little moments along the way. 🩷
