Working away in the workshop (aka the basement) today. It's shaping up to be a very busy September and October. I'll be away for a wedding this weekend. Then back to work on stock items next week.

In other news, I will be limiting custom mohair orders to the cord I have on hand. This is due to the uncertainty of trade with our neighbors and the Canadian imposed tariffs on wool and natural fibres. Hopefully this will only be a temporary measure.

Next up we have a handful of mohair cinches and a mohair breastcollar. We spent some time in the kitchen last week, hand dying colours for these builds!

1. SOLD** 32" Mohair Roper Cinch. Heavy stainless cinch buckles and leather off billet keeper. Neon pink sparkle steed, turquoise and teal.

2. SOLD** 36" Mohair Roper Cinch. Heavy stainless cinch buckles, leather off billet keeper. Hand dyed splash tie dye, purple paintbrush (special order), and Georgias dream.

3. AVAILABLE** 30" Mohair Roper Cinch. Heavy stainless cinch buckles, leather off billet keeper. Hand tie dyed grey/black, solid black, and a special order twist. Built as a set, but available by itself. Cinch only - $205 CDA

4. AVAILABLE ** Mohair Breastcollar. Hand tie dyed black/grey, solid black, and special order twist. Natural, midnight blue, light blue, and a pop of turquoise design. Built on stainless steel Al Stohlman hardware. Tugs and downstrap to be added in buyers preferred leather colour. Part of a set which includes #3 above. Breastcollar only - $265 CDA

Been busy in the shop as of late! First up are two sets of sheepskin Western Cinch Buckle Guards. One medium brown and one dark brown. These are built to be put to the test. We use top quality sheep shearling, a mule hide center sandwiches between the sheepskin and 9-10 oz veg tan leather. 3-4 ove veg tan leather to create the buckle pocket. All glued solid and hand stitched.

Colour scheme is brown, black, and natural. This set includes a 32" Mohair Roper Cinch (hardware supplied by customer) with a dark leather off billet keeper. An 11 strand Mohair Breastcollar with upgraded OJO hardware and dark leather tugs/downstrap. And a 33" x 33" x 2" Hooked Wool Saddle Pad!
