Handtied using our economy diamond braided rope. Strong enough for those pullers (we have yet to have one break) and won't break the bank.

We've been working on a new cinch design the last coupe of days.

Introducing the Modified Cutter Cinch. Similar to the cutter cinch being they are double layered, the modified cutter features woven cord the entire length of the cinch. This adds extra stability and strength to the cords, in turn helping them to remain in place and distribute the pressure more evenly. Still highly breathable and made with our 100% mohair cord. Wicks sweat away and keeps your horse comfortable the entire ride.

These cinches measure approximately 3.5" to 4" in the center. With a secured 1" nylon center bar, hand stitched in place, and wrapped tightly with our 2 ply cord.

Now accepting custom orders (limited to in stock supplies or a 50% price increase to order in more, thanks to the Canadian tariffs).

1. 29" Mohair Roper Cinch. Built on the stainless steel double bar buckles. No billet keepers on this one (was custom but decided to go a different route mid build, which means it is available!). Colours are natural, and custom brown tye die. $225 CDA

2. 28" Mohair/Alpaca Modified Cutter Cinch. Built on the standard heavy stainless cinch buckles. Leather off billet keeper. Double layered cord, woven the entire length to add more stability to the cinch cords. Measures 3.5 wide. Colours are natural, taupe (alpaca), and brown tie dye. $195 CDA

3. 26" Mohair Modified Cutter Cinch. Built on the standard heavy stainless cinch buckles. Leather off billet keeper. Double layered cord, woven the entire length to add more stability to the cinch cords. Measures 3.5 wide. Colours are natural, light blue, and calypso cowgirl tie dye. $195 CDA

4. 32" Mohair Roper Cinch. Heavy stainless cinch buckles, leather off billet keeper. 7" center width. Colours are dark brown, canyon taupe, Abiquiu blue, and custom brown splash dye. $215 CDA

Working away in the workshop (aka the basement) today. It's shaping up to be a very busy September and October. I'll be away for a wedding this weekend. Then back to work on stock items next week.

In other news, I will be limiting custom mohair orders to the cord I have on hand. This is due to the uncertainty of trade with our neighbors and the Canadian imposed tariffs on wool and natural fibres. Hopefully this will only be a temporary measure.
