Just a friendly reminder regarding invoices and payments.

When a service is booked or agreed upon and an invoice has been sent, we kindly ask that payment be made by the agreed-upon due date.

As a small business, we rely on timely payments to keep everything running smoothly - from staffing and supplies to providing the level of care your pets deserve. Following up on overdue invoices also takes time away from the many other parts of the business that need our attention.

We completely understand that things can come up. If you're having an issue with an invoice or need to discuss payment, please reach out to us. Communication is always appreciated, and we're happy to have a conversation.

We simply ask that invoices aren't left unanswered or unpaid without communication.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful clients who consistently pay promptly and continue to support our small business. We truly appreciate you.

Dogs have a pretty simple list of priorities:

Food.

Friends.

Sniffing.

Getting someone to throw the toy.

Finding the exact spot where another dog was just standing.

Being told they’re a good dog.

And somehow, they manage to make all of those things our problem. 😂

Our in-home pet visits let them stay in their familiar surroundings while someone stops in to make sure they’re fed, cared for, given attention, and comfortable.

Because sometimes the easiest way to make being apart a little less stressful is to keep everything else exactly the same.

There is a very specific sound a daycare full of dogs makes.

It’s not quite barking.

It’s not quite whining.

It’s not quite chaos.

It’s somehow all three at once. 😂

And then suddenly someone lies down for a nap, everyone settles, and you wonder how the same group that sounded like a small riot five minutes ago is now peacefully lounging around.

Dogs are weird.

We love them for it.

Let’s go somewhere.

A walk gives them new smells to investigate, things to see, sounds to hear, and a chance to use their brain while getting some exercise.

And yes, we will absolutely allow time for the extremely important sniffing of one particular blade of grass. 😂

There’s something pretty special about having dogs who know the routine.

They know where they’re going when they walk through the door. They know which friends might be waiting for them. Some even seem to know exactly which staff member they’re going to find first. 😂

And then there are the new faces, who slowly become familiar faces, and eventually become part of the routine too.

Watching that happen is one of the best parts of what we do. 🐾

We wanted to take a moment to gently remind everyone of our existing payment policy.

For boarding stays, payment is due in full at drop-off/check-in.

Boarding stays span several days - or even a week or more - and while your pet is staying with us, we are actively providing their care, staffing, supplies and reserved space throughout their visit.

Receiving payment when service begins allows us to keep everything running smoothly and continue providing the level of care we want every pet to receive.

We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding, cooperation and continued support of our small business.
