Nagels Hill Agri-Products grows vegetables, seasonal fruit, and fresh cut flowers at beautiful Mount Scio in St. At Nagels Hill Agri-Products, owner/operator Jeremy Carter produces locally grown, herbicide and pesticide free vegetables, seasonal fruit, and fresh cut flowers. John's Farmers Market or visit us direct at our farm store at beautiful Mt. The farm stand is located at 100 Mt. Throughout the season we grow:

This thanksgiving we have nothing but gratitude. A hard start to our season, a full month without blooms due to delayed planting, frosts, and catching up on the farm, and yet our season is finishing off just stellar. While we had a lot of crops that just didn’t work this year (see: June frosts and delayed planting), we learned so much and had so many amazing interactions and made so many wonderful new connections. And all of you really showed for our flowers this year - THANK-YOU. The bouquets, bloom buckets, vase arrangements, bridal parties, and a few build your own bouquet events kept us busy. And here it is Thanksgiving, and we still are picking tomatoes for our wonderful CSA customers and sending out last minute bouquets for your thanksgiving table.

Tonight we’re having our own roasted leeks, mashed pink pearl potatoes, carrots, pumpkin pie (courtesy of the kids garden), and local blueberry pie. We’re stocking our freezer with roasted tomato white bean soup and batching chocolate chip zucchini muffins. We’re stashing some red kuri squash for winter loaves and freezing pumpkin purée for snow storm pies. We’re likely saying goodbye to flower season. This week we’ve noticed a significant slow down of blooms, and tomorrow night is gonna be cold. We’re hoping for some late to the game heirloom chrysanthemums, so stay tuned for those! And we’re looking forward to Leisha’s preserves which will start very soon…

Thanksgiving fleurs? We are nearing the end of our flower season, but have space for some bouquets this weekend! Order on our website or send us a dm for the quickest response. Flower bouquets available all weekend in limited quantities.

October is still bringing the blooms! We still have bouquets to order daily as long as our flowers are holding! After such cold season, it’s a welcome change to have some late fall flowers. Get em while they’re still here, send us a dm to order!

Need flowers to cap off the week? We’ve got loads of beautiful blooms! While last weeks rain and wind storms have slowed down a few things, our fields are still brimming with so much colour!

It’s back to school day and maybe you need a pick me up?

We have GORGEOUS flower bouquets all week!

I mean, look at these blooms harvested last night!

Despite last weeks cold and wind and rain, we’ve got some beauties here. Loads of sunflowers, gladiolus, blue echinops, magical starflowers, cosmos, rudbeckia, and sweet peas.

Fall flowers are magical and precious, as we never know when a light frost might end many of them.

Today is a big restocking day and general get back at it after a full week away (during an intense rainstorm and windstorm). We are assessing flower damage (some snapped dahlias and flattened zinnias), and grateful to see that our corn, sunflowers, gladiolus, and even field basil are all thriving!

Between restocking flowers and getting back-to-school ready, we are busy today! Flower bouquet orders resume tomorrow so that we can restock today! There are loads of snapdragons, sunflowers, rudbeckia, sweet peas, scabiosa, and some treasures we haven’t come across yet as we make our way through the fields.

Consider a back-to-school bouquet for your kid starting university, your mom friend sending their kid to kindergarten, your favourite teacher, or yourself for a job well done getting through summer!

We are doing something that most farmers rarely do in the summer… taking a much-needed holiday! We will be back next week September 8th. Flower orders will resume on September 8th or 9th, please reach out then!

We’ve got amazing blooms all weekend long! Sorry folks, we don’t have a farm store and bouquets are by order only. We don’t need much warning (usually) to put them together for you. Just send us a dm or order via our online store.

There are so many gorgeous blooms right now, but some of these are in limited quantities until our next succession blooms! Like these white sunflowers, which are the epitome of summer.

Order white sunnies by the bunch, or have them added into a bouquet!

The flowers are blooming!

White sunnies are now available! These white sunflowers are absolutely stunning and are a one and done crop. Bring some home today - we are now adding these to our online shop! Get them on their own or request to add them in to a bouquet. We have a very limited quantity available harvested this morning.

Mini sunflowers and bright sunnies are also starting to show off!

And the snapdragons 😍 it’s been a while since we pulled off a good snapdragon crop, and these are absolutely spectacular.

Remember, all our flowers are grown fresh here at our farm, pesticide free and not flown in and packaged with plastic. Each crop is limited in both quantity and the time it lasts, making it all the more special.
