🐾 A little reminder about our cancellation policy! 🤎
We understand that plans change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We also understand that cancellation policies can be frustrating, so we want to take a moment to explain why ours is so important to us.
At Spruce Valley Boarding, we intentionally limit our care to a maximum of 21 dogs per day between boarding and daycare. We do this because providing individualized attention, quality care, and a positive experience for every dog is our priority. We aren’t a high-volume facility, and we never want to be one! 🐶
The downside to keeping our numbers small is that when a reservation is cancelled at the last minute, we often don't have enough notice to fill that spot. That means a vacancy we could have offered to another family may go unfilled, resulting in lost income for our small business.
Our cancellation policy simply helps us operate sustainably while continuing to provide the level of care our clients and their pets deserve.
Our policies are shared openly so that every client knows what to expect when booking with us. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review them when making a reservation, as we do adhere to the notice periods outlined in our policy.
We truly appreciate your understanding, your support, and the trust you place in us to care for your furry family members. Our small numbers are intentional, our standards are important to us, and we are so grateful for the wonderful families who support our little business. 🤎🐾
