Just wanted to make a post regarding a cancellation policy as a reminder to my clients current and future.
while we understand that things come up from time to time, and weather is a big factor during the winter months (we will certainly work with you in case of emergency) we do still have to consider loss of income for our business, no shows, cancellations, etc.
Our salon is one on one with our clients and rely on you to attend your appointments on time.
🐾 Any cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time or rescheduling will require 50% of scheduled service. (With exception of weather during winter months)
🐾 No show appointments, meaning no calls, texts, or messages to let us know you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment will result in 100% cost of scheduled service.
🐾 late arrivals, if client is 15 minutes or later the appointment will have to rescheduled due to cutting into someone else’s grooming appointment, there will be a $15.00 cancellation fee.
