It’s been so special being Raine’s partner from day one and getting to experience this entire journey with her.

From working through the lax tendons she developed after having her foal, to Potomac Horse Fever, to discovering she has PSSM1 — there have definitely been some bumps along the way. But through it all, we’ve kept learning, adapting and moving forward together.

This year we made our Second Level debut, and now we’re hoping to put a toe into Third next year! 🥹

It’s been one heck of a journey with this mare, but an incredibly rewarding one. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come together — and even more excited to see where we go next. ❤️

It will be so exciting for the first time ever to be able to consistently work through the winter in our brand new indoor arena!

Our foals are carefully bred for sport, with temperament, trainability and athletic ability all being important pieces of the puzzle. But genetics are only the beginning! From a young age, we make a point of giving them lots of positive, age-appropriate experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence and a willingness to investigate new things.

Apparently for Ace, today’s very serious training exercise was… making friends with a scarecrow. 😂🌾

Ace is by Blitzen Black Ice and out of Wagon Trail Lila, who competed through Second Level dressage. We’re pretty excited to watch this young man grow up! 🥰
