To claim an animal, you must provide the following:
1. Valid Photo ID.
2. Proof that the animal is yours, such as photos and/or identifying details, a microchip number, or veterinary records.
3. A collar and leash, or carrier for transport home.
4. Payment of impound, license, and/or reclamation fees.
