As groomers, we have the privilege of watching our furry clients grow through every stage of their lives. ❤️

We watch them go from playful puppies to grown-up dogs, and eventually, we begin to see the little signs that they’re getting older.

And honestly… it’s hard on us too.

Their haircuts may not always be perfect anymore. Their legs may be a little weaker, they may need more breaks, or they may not stand quite as patiently as they once did.

But that’s okay. ❤️

Because when they’re in our care, they don’t need to be perfect.

They get patience.
They get comfort.
They get extra breaks and gentle hands.
And most importantly, they get ALL the love.

As groomers, we become a small part of their lives, and they become a big part of ours. We get attached to those sweet faces, their little personalities, and all the memories we’ve made with them over the years.

Watching them grow old is one of the hardest parts of loving what we do.

But being trusted to care for them through every stage of their life is also one of the greatest privileges.

So to all the senior pups out there — your grey faces, slower steps and imperfect haircuts are still perfect to us. ❤️

We’ll always make sure you feel safe, comfortable and loved. 🐾
