Not every tang needs to be big to make a big difference in your reef.
Bristletooth tangs are some of the hardest-working fish you can add to an aquarium, constantly grazing on film algae and helping keep your rockwork looking its best. Whether you're after the subtle patterns of a Tomini Tang, the distinctive spotting of a Spotted Kole Tang, or the striking colours of a Blue Lip Tang, there's plenty to appreciate about this group.
They're also a great option for aquarists who want the character of a tang without going straight to one of the larger species. Just make sure your tank has enough swimming space and established grazing areas.
At Ethical Aquatics, our fish are pre-quarantined using Humblefish's method, with treatment and observation designed to reduce the risk of bringing common parasites into your aquarium. It's one less thing to worry about when adding new livestock.
