Meet Leah, one of our warm and welcoming CSRs who fit right into the PG family from day one.

With a love for cats (naturally—her spirit animal is definitely a cat 🐱) You might find her reaching for dill pickle chips during a busy shift. She is neither a night owl nor an early bird, she would just rather sleep all day! What truly makes her smile? Seeing cats out and about—especially the ones trained to walk on a leash so she can actually admire them up close. Leah brags she can speed-read a whole book in a single day.

Meet Sheri, our Social Media Coordinator — and today we’re especially happy to celebrate her birthday while featuring her in our Meet the Team series! 🥳 Sheri is behind the scenes helping tell the stories that connect our community and the pets we care for.

Her spirit animal is the playful otter, always smiling, and is an early bird who greets the sunrise (and never says no to a little ice cream 🍦), but what truly means the most to her is helping rehome pets with wonderful families who are ready to open their hearts after a loss.

Sheri’s work is a reflection of her compassion—our clients truly are family, and bringing that sense of connection to our patients and staff is everything.
We’re so lucky to have her on the team, and even luckier to celebrate her today! 🎉

Dr. Aimee is one of our caring and passionate veterinarians. Her spirit animal is the otter, and her snack preferences range from Kawartha Dairy Mint Chip ice cream to olives, dill pickles, and cheese—depending on the day!

Now an early bird thanks to her dog, she especially loves the small moments at work that make a big difference, like a cat enjoying the window view or a dog proudly carrying their leash. Helping turn nervous visits into positive experiences is at the heart of what she does.

Aimee also has a fun hidden talent for hilarious animal voice-over commentary and a sharp eye for tiny sea life while scuba diving. 🐠

We’re excited to introduce Sara, a recently graduated Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and a wonderful part to our team. Sara is calm, gentle, and incredibly supportive, with a natural ability to put both clients and patients at ease. She’s especially great with clients, always taking the time to listen, reassure, and make every visit feel a little less stressful.

When she’s not caring for patients, Sara brings some fun personality to the clinic too:

Meet Ryan, Registered Veterinary Technician - Ryan is a helpful and reliable member of the team who thrives on routine and a well-structured schedule. A self-described night owl (but definitely not the partying kind), Ryan brings steady focus to his work and a genuine enjoyment for helping pets in need and working alongside a great team.

His spirit animal is a black cat with occasional zoomies, which feels fitting for his mix of calm consistency and sudden bursts of energy—often expressed through spontaneous singing. Fueled by All Dressed Ruffles and an encyclopedic knowledge of movies and random hyper-fixations, Ryan keeps the day interesting in all the best ways.

Keep an ear out for the radio and the occasional off-key chorus—that’s just Ryan in his natural habitat.
