I overheard a conversation today about a cat digging up someone's garden, they were very upset at the damaged the cat had caused to their expensive plants and hard work, and they were preparing to live trap it and bring it to the pound. I've heard many stories from upset people over neighbourhood pets getting into garbage, gardens, and motors.
