Puppies often growl, bite, and act badly when puppy owners interact with them, but not when the breeder interacts with them. Highly recommend you listen to my podcast on this topic - (link in comments.)

This is a very common problem that's resistant to resolution, even when we explain carefully to puppy owners how their behavior is triggering the puppy. I delve into the psychology of this and how we can help puppy owners by addressing the the emotional needs of the puppy owners instead of the outward behaviors of the puppy owners.
