This is a part-time position with the opportunity to expand into a larger role as the business continues to grow. If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a busy retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming first impression
• Assisting customers with pet food and product recommendations
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Booking and managing grooming appointments
• Processing sales and handling transactions
• Supporting daily store operations
• Assisting with inventory and merchandising (experience an asset)

What We’re Looking For:
• Bright, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of pets and pet nutrition (preferred)
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Confident with phone, email, and basic computer systems
• Retail or store operations experience is an asset

Schedule Requirements:
• Must be available to work every other Saturday
• Part-time hours to start, with potential for growth
