Lily has been one of our weekly lunchtime walk clients for over three years!

Her 30-minute visits include mandatory belly rubs for entry, followed by the careful trading of treats in exchange for permission to slip on her harness. Then we’re off for lots of sniffs and plenty of suspicious looks for other pups because, obviously, Lily is the queen of her block 👸🏼

Once home, Lily gets a scoop of food, her water topped up, and plenty of pats and kisses goodbye.

Sometimes… and only if you’re really lucky… Lily will decide it’s time for a spectacular game of YOU CAN’T CATCH ME around the yard 💨😂

Our care visits are completely customizable to what each client and pet needs. From walks and meals to medications, enrichment, cuddles, backyard games and everything in between, no two visits look exactly the same.

That unique and ever-changing nature of pet care is one of our Care Partners’ favourite parts of the job 💜🐾

Henry’s mom came to Rachael’s Rovers looking for a little extra support with her sweet new pup — potty breaks, play time, and gentle crate training as he settles into his world

One of the most special parts of this work is how personalized each visit becomes. We get to grow alongside our clients, learning their routines, their needs, and all the tiny quirks that make them who they are

Getting to know these little personalities is truly the best part - excited to keep growing along side Henry ❣️

Danea has been a lifelong animal lover of all kinds! Currently she is a doting fur mom to two dogs and one cat, and truly understands that pets are family.

Danea has officially finished her two months of Care Partner Onboarding and has shown our clients and team not only how trustworthy and responsible she is, but also how playful and goofy she can be 🤭 this provides her clients peace and smiles when Danea’s care reports light up their phones.

Passionate about providing loving, reliable care, Danea treats every pet as if they were her own and is excited to continue growing her client list with the Rachael’s Rovers team❣️

The many faces of our good friend Benji ❤️

We have had the privilege and pleasure of walking Mr. Benj for 2.5 years - in sun, snow, sleet and rain we’ve found many sniff spots and even a few fields of flowers!

At the end of this month Benji and his mom move to Calgary. And while our team is excited for their new adventure we know our daily schedules won’t be the same.

We’ll miss you Benji Boy 🌼🌳💛
