This past weekend many of our students volunteered in one of our monthly blood donor programs! The blood donor program is run by many of our dedicated faculty and students here at the WCVM. Blood transfusions are often life-saving and we are always looking for more donors! Interested in making your dog or cat a donor? Information can be found in this post or by emailing pawsblooddonor@usask@ca! @ Western College of Veterinary Medicine

A message from WCVM professor Dr. Claire Card:

Hello WCVSA!

It’s crunch time to get people to make a plan to vote tomorrow.

Polls are open from 7:30am to 7:30pm Mon Oct 21.

You can vote from your local address.

You only need 2 things with your name on it such as a bank statement, utility bill, rental contract etc one of which has your local address on it.

You don’t have to register to vote!

You can find your polling station at elections.ca, just enter your local postal code.

Thanks, Dr. Claire Card
