**💛 A Friendly Reminder About Appointments Outside of Thursday Drop-In Hours 💛**

My time is just as valuable as yours. When you book an appointment with me, I reserve that time specifically for you and often turn away other clients to keep that spot available.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only affect my schedule, but they also prevent other clients from booking appointments they may have wanted.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I completely understand—life happens! I simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible so I can offer that time to someone else.

Please also remember that although I work from home, it does not mean I am home all day. I provide house-call services as well and may be away during scheduled business hours. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so please be mindful when booking and communicating about changes.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients who respect my time and support my business. Your consideration is truly appreciated and helps me continue providing the best service possible.

Please keep all dogs on leash.
My neighbors sometimes have their cat outside on a leash.

Appointments are also available outside drop-in hours:

**Thursday:** 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

These hours apply to both house calls and appointments at my home.

My street, like many others, has deep snow ruts. It’s best to enter Spencer from the second entrance, so please enter at your own risk. You’re welcome to park in my driveway.
